About the School:
Don Quijote is one of the largest private organization offering Spanish
courses in Spain. The first school was established in 1986 and now
includes schools in 7different locations in Spain (Madrid, Granada,
Sevilla, Salamanca, Tenerife, Barcelona and Valencia) as well as a
school in Peru and Mexico.
The students studying at don Quijote come from all over the world
with the majority of students from the USA and Europe but with an
increasing number from Asia.
All the teachers at don Quijote are native Spanish and with a University
degree in teaching Spanish. Furthermore they regularly participate
in teaching and refresher courses and many have been studying other
languages abroad, which help them understand how it is to be a student
in a foreign country.The interactive teaching method don Quijote uses
is based on learning by practice and has been continuously refined
over many years of experience and feedback from students.
Don Quijote is well known for its many social activities, which includes
a welcome party, excursions and weekend trips to nearby attractions,
dancing and singing lessons and language exchange with Spanish students.

The don Quijote school in Barcelona: The don
Quijote school in Barcelona occupies an entire 5-story building
and is located in the heart of the centre, just opposite the
"Ritz Hotel" on the famous boulevard "La Gran V�a". |
The school has 65 bright classrooms many with balconies
to the main street. The ground floor is dedicated to the teachers'
room, multimedia classroom, central meeting and recreational
area where students can watch TV, read the newspapers, have
a coffee or do your homework. Apart from this the school has
a very nice roof terrace with views over Barcelona!

Individual Course: per hour 44€.
D.E.L.E preparation
course (all schools except Tenerife): Duration 26-80 classes
depending on level of exam, Starting Dates 2, 3 or 4 weeks before
examination date (May and November), which will be published by the
Ministry of Education in March 2004.
C.I.E. (Certificado Inicial)
521€ 3weeks with 60 classes (Intermediate level required), D.I.E.
(Diploma Intermedio) 375€ for 2weeks with 40 classes, 521€
for 3 weeks with 60 classes or 667€ for 4 w eeks with 80 classes
(Advanced level reuired), D.S.E. (Diploma Superior) 916€ for
4 weeks with 80 classes (Superior level required).
Madrid Chamber of Commerce preparation course (Madrid and Barcelona):
Duration 4 weeks for each level, Starting dates for Basic Certificate
Jan 10, Mar 28, Jul 4, Oct 3, Nov 22. Starting dates for Higher
Certificate: Feb 14, May 9, Aug 1, Oct 31. Price for basic certificate course 1001€. Price
for Higher certificate course 1285€
Teacher of Spanish courses (all schools): Duration 2 weeks,
Starting dates: Salamanca 17 Jan, Granada 21 March , Sevilla 4 and 18 July, Barcelona and Tenerife 1 and 22 Aug, Madrid 17 Oct.

Spanish + Internship (Madrid and Barcelona): Duration 20 weeks
(6 weeks Spanish course, 2 weeks professional orientation and 12 weeks
