At AASS we offer both Intensive Courses with 25 hours per week + 5 cultural classes and Super Intensive Courses with 30 hours per week + 5 cultural classes.
The Intensive Spanish Course is available in four of our schools in the cities of Alicante, Barcelona, Madrid and Seville and the Super Intensive Course is available in Granada, Salamanca and Valencia.
We have created these intensive Spanish courses to give you the same advantages and level of attention as in the Standard Spanish Courses while allowing you to learn Spanish at a faster rate. The intensive courses follows the same structure as the Standard Spanish Course (i.e. separate levels, in small classes) with the difference that you will have either one or two additional classes per day (but don't worry - you'll still have enough free time in the afternoon to mingle with friends and learn more about Spain's culture firsthand).
The Intensive Spanish Course Format
Like in the Standard Spanish Course you will be studying in small classes with a maximum of 10 students per class (usually between 5 and 8) which means that you will receive more personal attention from the teacher and there will be more teacher-student interaction. In order to maximize concentration and attention, each class is 45-50 minutes in length, and course durations range from 2 to 40 weeks. The framework of the Spanish courses offered at our language schools is designed to adapt to your particular study needs and to your level of proficiency in the Spanish language.
Apart from the language courses we also offer 5 weekly Spanish cultural classes which are normally arranged during afternoons. In these optional classes you'll be given the opportunity to learn more about Spain's exciting history and culture.

Who should take an Intensive Spanish language Course?
If you only have a few weeks available to study Spanish in Spain, or if you're seeking the fastest way to improve your Spanish skills during your stay, the Intensive Spanish course is right for you. Students at the intensive Spanish language course tend to be a bit more serious about their studies and their ages are usually a little above the average of our Standard Courses.
